Terms of Use

Atlas is a planning tool for people who want to work in another country. From what you give it — your professional profile, your CV, your goal — it uses artificial intelligence to lay out a journey in phases, name the gaps between what you have and what the destination usually asks for, and suggest tasks, companies, contacts and application material.

Atlas organises, suggests and estimates. It does not hire, does not broker jobs, does not issue documents, does not file visa applications, and does not speak to any government on your behalf.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to accept these Terms.

The information you enter must be true and must be about you. Atlas does not verify it and is not responsible for output generated from false, incomplete or outdated information.

The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping the password confidential and for all activity carried out with it.

If you suspect unauthorised access, you must change the password in Settings.

Content generated by Atlas is produced by artificial-intelligence models and can be wrong, out of date, or not applicable to your case. Visa rules, qualification requirements, deadlines and fees change often and vary with nationality, profession, marital status and personal history.

Nothing in Atlas constitutes legal, immigration, tax, medical or financial advice. It is your responsibility to confirm any information with the official source of the destination country and, where necessary, with a qualified professional, before making a decision based on it — such as applying for a visa, declining an offer, moving country, paying a fee or having a degree recognised.

Decisions made on the basis of content generated by Atlas are your responsibility.

Use of the artificial-intelligence features is subject to limits: a quota per period, a ceiling on CV reads per account, and per-feature limits. The limits in force are shown in the app and may change at any time.

Reading the CV and building the first journey, during account setup, do not count against the quota.

Atlas may refuse an operation that would cross a limit, and may suspend an account that tries to work around those limits automatically.

You keep ownership of what you upload: CV, text, answers, photo. You allow us to store and process it solely to operate the service for you — which includes sending it to the AI provider to generate what you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload another person's data without their knowledge and agreement.

You may freely use the content Atlas generates from your material. Because it is generated by an artificial-intelligence model, that content carries no guarantee of originality or exclusivity.

You may not use Atlas to: fake a qualification, an experience or a document; defraud a hiring process or an immigration application; upload third-party data without permission; harass, threaten or discriminate; try to reach another user's data; scrape content automatically; or work around usage limits.

Using the artificial-intelligence features to generate unlawful content, or content outside the purpose of the product, is prohibited.

Breach of this section may lead to immediate suspension of the account.

Atlas is under active development. Features can change, go down temporarily, or be discontinued.

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, of freedom from error, or that generated output fits a particular purpose.

Atlas depends on third-party services — the model provider, hosting and the database — and may be unavailable when those services fail.

To the fullest extent the applicable law allows, Atlas is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, lost opportunity, travel costs, fees paid to public bodies, or the consequences of a decision taken on the basis of generated content.

Nothing here removes rights that Brazilian consumer law grants and that cannot be waived by contract.

You may stop using Atlas at any time.

Account deletion is done inside the app, in Settings, and takes effect immediately.

Atlas may suspend or close, with prior notice where possible and reasonable, an account that breaches these Terms, threatens the security of the service, or deliberately generates abusive cost.

These Terms can change. Every version carries its date at the top of the page.

Material changes are notified in the app or by email. Using Atlas after that notice constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection and personal-data rules of the user's country of residence.

Any dispute arising from them is to be settled in the courts of the consumer's domicile, as the applicable law provides.
